Cleaning Positions:

Sanctuary

Throw away all trash from pews and floors

Bring communion trays to kitchen and empty and wipe clean.  If needed, take communion table tablecloth outside and shake off any crumbs.

Wipe down pews and vacuum seat surface of pews, especially the cracks

Vacuum carpet

Mop tile

Empty trash cans to the dumpster and replace bags. Please use the 13 gallon bags and try to not pull the bag down too far over the top of the can.  When done properly, the bag should not show once the top rim is placed back on.

Replace any empty/missing Kleenex boxes.

Floors/General

Chapel and hallway

Empty trash

Vacuum if needed

Classrooms (Upstairs and downstairs)

Vacuum

Fellowship Hall

Sweep/mop as needed

Wipe doorknobs, handles, and light switches.

Clean toilets inside and out

Clean mirrors

Empty trash cans to the dumpster and replace bags. Please use the 13 gallon bags in upstairs bathroom and try to not pull the bag down too far over the top of the can.  When done properly, the bag should not show once the top rim is placed back on.  For downstair bathrooms, use the 8 gallon bags.

Refill hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towel

Vacuum/Mop floors

Wipe doorknobs, handles, and light switches.
